At National we recognise that no matter how much you enjoy your job you still want to spend time with your family and friends doing the things that you love! Therefore all employees start with an annual leave entitlement of 6 weeks (30 days - inclusive of Bank Holidays). This rises with service up to 33 days.
Long Service Awards
To reward those employees who have provided long and loyal service to the Company we acknowledge this service by giving our employees 'Driving Ambitions Points' (our own reward programme – which allows our staff to be awarded points for excellent customer service, great sales performance or winning competitions). We award at 15, 25 and 35 and a fantastic 40 years' service. As well as receiving Driving Ambitions Points employees are given an additional weeks’ holiday in the year of their award.

Child Care Vouchers
Need some help paying those child care bills? Childcare costs can be significant so we offer tax efficient child care vouchers as a great way of saving. The money comes out of your pay before tax and national insurance are calculated (salary sacrifice) meaning that you could save up to £933 a year. Vouchers can be used to pay nursery fees, after school or summer clubs (organisations need to be registered).
All qualifying employees irrespective of caring responsibilities have the right to request flexible working, giving an opportunity to achieve more balance between work and other commitments.
We want to help you save for you future so we provide a pension scheme for all our staff. We’ll put money in along with your contributions and you’ll automatically join the scheme if you qualify. For more senior levels within the Company we also offer a Group Company Pension scheme with additional benefits.

Training and Development
