I originally joined National Tyres after months of searching for a job to suit me, fresh out of university. I was initially worried about the change in profession as I had only worked in retail for the previous 4 years. I was eased into the contact centre by receiving training from experienced staff which went a long way to remove my initial worries. If I had any further queries or problems, I found speaking to my management was very easy as they are very approachable.
I have found that National Tyres offers staff prospects to increase learning and education in NVQ's and other levels of training whilst working at the contact centre.
In the time I have worked at National Tyres I have felt welcome by the amazing staff I work alongside with and the management I work for. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and make you feel happy to come to work every day, no matter the situation you may be in.
